Senior Care Pharmacy of the West began servicing skilled nursing facilities in March, 2011, and currently services facilities in both Utah and Washington. In 2012, we will expand services into Arizona. Senior Care Pharmacy of the West is strategically positioned and committed to being the leader in long term care pharmacy. Our motto reads: "Where Service is not just a Word, It's a Way of Life," and for us at Senior Care Pharmacy, our goal is to provide outstanding customer service while providing clinically effective and cost-contained outcomes.

Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Auburn University and immediately began his 28 year profession in long-term-care pharmacy with Pharmacy Corporation of America (PCA), now known as PharMerica. Keith's responsibilities with PCA/PharMerica for 18 years included being a staff pharmacist and consultant in Birmingham, Alabama; managing and building multiple pharmacies as General Manager and being Vice President of Operations for the central United States for PCA while being located in Dallas, Texas.
Keith joined Omnicare as Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic region in Baltimore, Maryland. Keith and his family wanted to get closer to immediate family and he joined the Team at Lone Star Pharmacy in Garland, Texas where Keith was Director of Pharmacy Services for over 7 years.
Keith has been extremely active in the profession of pharmacy. Keith is licensed as a pharmacist in 6 states. He has been a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists since 1982 where he has served as a council member on the Professional Affairs and Educational Affairs Council. Keith was appointed by the Governor to the Technical Advisory Committee on Drugs for the Division of Medicaid in the State of Mississippi. Keith was the Chairman for the Academy of Consultant Pharmacist for the Texas Pharmacy Association and also served on the Organizational Affairs and Nominating committee.
Keith and his family are excited to be a part of the Senior Care Pharmacy Team.
