Lynn Shipp Connor

Lynn joined Strategic Health Partners in 2001 as President and CEO.

Lynn earned a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy from Samford University. She worked in various management positions, including Vice President of Operations for Pharmacy Corporation of America (PCA) from 1981 through 1991. Lynn's expertise includes start-up operations, cost of goods management, business expansion, formulary implementation, and clinical medication management. She has been active in the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP), serving on the Board of Directors for four years, 1992 through 1996. She also held the offices of Vice President, President Elect, President, and Chairman of the Board. She remains active in the legislative process as a member of the ASCP council of presidents. From 1992 through 2000, Lynn was a consultant to various long-term care companies and a JCAHO surveyor. Shortly after this, Lynn chose to join SHP as an owner/operator.

Bob Beaty

Bob joined Strategic Health Partners in 2001 as Director of Business Development.

Bob earned a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy from The University of Mississippi. Bob joined Pharmacy Corporation of America (PCA) in 1987 as Pharmacy Manager in Jackson, Mississippi and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in 1995. He was responsible for 52 institutional pharmacies with more than 3,000 associates servicing 175,000 nursing home residents. Bob left PharMerica (formerly PCA) in 2001 and formed his own pharmacy operations consulting company, "Long Term Solutions". Bob worked with Strategic Health Partners as a consultant prior to taking on full-time responsibilities in 2001.

Penny Methvin

Penny started working with Senior Care Pharmacy - Alabama in 2001 as Director of Sales and Marketing and joined Strategic Health Partners in 2010

After earning a Bachelors degree in Communications from University of Alabama, Penny worked for Pharmacy Corporation of America (PCA) for 10 years. During her employment, Penny worked in several areas including dispensing, inventory management, medical records and billing; however, most of that time, she was working as an Account Manager. She also worked at the American Red Cross Blood Services Division for over 5 years as an Account Manager. Each of these jobs required a commitment to customer service which resulted in customer retention and increased sales.

Cliff Hunt

Cliff joined Strategic Health Partners in 2009 and he supports our Senior Care Pharmacies in both operations and IT needs.

Cliff earned a Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University. He began his pharmacy career in 1988 in Baltimore, Maryland. Since that time, he has worked for both independent and chain long term care pharmacies in various operational capacities in over 40 states, most recently as Manager of Implementation and Transition for KPS Pharmacies. Cliff has extensive experience in such operational areas as IV Therapy, Medical Records, Business Office, Inventory Management, opening new pharmacies and implementing pharmacy information systems.

Amanda Graham

Amanda started working with Senior Care Pharmacy - Alabama in 2002 as Assistant Billing Coordinator and joined Strategic Health Partners in 2005.

Amanda earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting from The University of West Alabama. She has experience in both institutional and long term care pharmacies. She began her pharmacy career in 1998 in Meridian, Mississippi, where she worked in various positions at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center's in-patient pharmacy. Amanda currently oversees the internal operations of Strategic Health Partners.
